R-LOGITECH S.A.M. reports successful first half of 2020

 

Monaco, 11 August 2020 – R-LOGITECH S.A.M., one of the leading international ports infrastructure operators and logistics services providers in the natural resources sector, had a successful first half of 2020 despite the challenging environment resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. In the first six months of 2020, R-LOGITECH, on a consolidated basis, realized a turnover of EUR 336.9 million (up from EUR 86.9 million for the first half of 2019) with an EBITDA of EUR 58.1 million (up from EUR 11.5 million in the first half of 2019).

R-LOGITECH’s liquidity position is strong, with a cash position of EUR 75.5 million and available unutilized long-term committed working capital lines of a further EUR 27 million.

The business performance is very satisfactory and R-LOGITECH confirms its expectations of a strong full year 2020 with revenues and EBITDA significantly above 2019 levels.

During the first half of 2020, R-LOGITECH managed to remain fully operational in all its locations across Europe, Africa and China, helping to maintain the critical supply chains that are essential for delivering key commodities to the respective markets, and thereby helping in the fight against COVID-19.

Monaco Resources Group via its subsidiary R-Logitech secures 200,000 masks for the Monaco Red Cross.

Since the beginning of the crisis, Monaco Resources Group has activated its international network via its subsidiary R-Logitech in order to support overcoming a shortage in masks necessary to protect the personnel engaged in the fight against Covid-19.

On Friday 27th of March, we delivered 200.000 face masks to the Red Cross in Monaco. Euroports China managed the sourcing & dispatch, Manuport Logistics took care of the reception at Liege Airport, guided the cargo through customs and the the Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products ( FAGG ) and arranged for an express van with our partner EZ-Cargo.

The cargo was guided by police escort to the Monaco Red Cross, who delivered the masks to the local hospital and care takers. The logistics cost was donated by R-LOGITECH, the major shareholder of Euroports, under the coordination of MONACO RESOURCES GROUP.

Monaco, 17. Januar 2020 – Der R-LOGITECH S.A.M. ist zur Kenntnis gelangt, dass Herr Moritz Müller, London, am 10. Januar 2020 im deutschen Bundesanzeiger ein freiwilliges öffentliches Kaufangebot an die Inhaber der 8,5% Anleihe 2018/2023 der R-LOGITECH S.A.M. (ISIN: DE000A19WVN8) im Volumen von insgesamt 10 Millionen Euro veröffentlicht hat. Herr Müller bietet den Anleiheinhabern an, ihre Schuldverschreibungen zu einem Preis von 800 Euro pro 1.000 Euro Nominale zu erwerben.

Die R-LOGITECH S.A.M. weist ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass sie in keinerlei Verbindung zu Herrn Müller steht. Die Gläubiger der R-LOGITECH-Anleihe 2018/2023 sind in keinster Weise verpflichtet, auf das Angebot von Herrn Müller zu reagieren oder es anzunehmen.

Die R-Logitech S.A.M hat ein erfolgreiches Geschäftsjahr 2019 abgeschlossen und wird bis Mitte Februar 2020 vorläufige Zahlen veröffentlichen. Der Geschäftsverlauf 2019 lag vollumfänglich im Rahmen der Erwartungen der Geschäftsführung.

R-LOGITECH S.A.M. verbessert EBITDA auf 11,5 Mio. Euro im 1. Halbjahr 2019

  • Euroports wird seit 1. Juli 2019 konsolidiert

 

Monaco, 8. August 2019 – Die R-LOGITECH S.A.M, ein internationaler Anbieter von Infrastruktur- und Logistikdienstleistungen mit Hauptfokus auf dem Rohstoffsektor, blickt auf ein zufriedenstellendes 1. Halbjahr 2019 zurück. Der Konzernumsatz konnte auf vergleichbarer Basis um 54,1 % von 56,4 Mio. Euro auf 86,9 Mio. Euro gesteigert werden. Das operative Ergebnis (EBITDA) erhöhte sich um 30,7 % von 8,8 Mio. Euro auf 11,5 Mio. Euro.

 

Die Übernahme der Euroports Holdings S.à.r.l. konnte Ende Juni 2019 erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden. Das Unternehmen wird seit dem 1. Juli 2019 vollständig in die Konsolidierung einbezogen. Bereits für 2019 wird dadurch eine deutliche Steigerung von Umsatz und EBITDA bei R-LOGITECH erwartet.

R-LOGITECH S.A.M. improves EBITDA to EUR 11.5 million in the first half of 2019

  • Euroports has been consolidated since 1 July 2019

 

Monaco, 8 August 2019 – R-LOGITECH S.A.M, an international provider of infrastructure and logistics services with its main focus on the natural resources sector, can look back on a satisfactory first half of 2019. On a comparable basis, consolidated revenue increased by 54.1% from EUR 56.4 million to EUR 86.9 million. The operating result (EBITDA) increased by 30.7 % from EUR 8.8 million to EUR 11.5 million.

 

The acquisition of Euroports Holdings S.à.r.l. was successfully completed at the end of June 2019. The company has been fully consolidated since 1 July 2019. As a result, a significant increase in revenue and EBITDA at R-LOGITECH is already expected for 2019.

R-LOGITECH completes acquisition of Euroports Holding

  • R-LOGITECH becomes a leading provider of infrastructure logistics for the natural resources industry

 

Monaco, 25 June 2019 – R-LOGITECH S.A.M., an international provider of infrastructure and logistics services for the natural resources industry, and the Belgian sovereign wealth funds FPIM and PMV have completed today the acquisition of Euroports Holdings S.à.r.l.

 

Euroports handles an annual 60 Mt through 26 marine terminals, six dedicated customer sites, six inland terminals, and 16 forwarding offices. About half of its seaport terminals – handling dry and liquid bulk, breakbulk and containers – are in Belgium, with Antwerp as the stronghold. The others are spread across Europe and Asia. The Group boasts an aggregate 4.8 Mt of storage capacity and 34 km total quay length and has around 3,000 employees. It includes former leading brands such as Westerlund, Manuport and Rauma Stevedoring.
